Julius is a Mesopotamian Blue tom cat with green eyes.

Personality

Julius is recognized for his sneers towards Varjak and firmly does not believe in Jalal the Paw, the family's ancestor. He likes to impress Jay, Jethro, Jerome and Jasmine, especially when the Gentleman offers a realistic toy mouse to play with.

He believes he was the favourite of the Contessa, the previous owner of the house on the hill, where the family of Mesopotamian Blues currently reside. He likes to brag about his skills and compare himself to Varjak, especially noting that the Contessa used to play with him before Varjak was born. His nickname for Varjak was "insect" because Varjak was so weak before he learned the Way.

He was extremely arrogant and boastful, his incredible narcissism stemmed from being spoiled throughout his life.
