She jumps to attack the patrol, so the others could flee before the train would arrive. Fighting bravely, she stays where she is, while the others escape. When they are looking back, they can only see that all the cats have vanished from the railway. Elyza and Malisha mourn her in extreme agony and swear to avenge her death, by ending Sally Bones' reign. Later in the battle, they are seen fighting hard, in honor of her.
